• Lead installations, troubleshooting, and code-compliant repairs
• Read/interpret plans and coordinate with foremen & GCs
• Train and mentor apprentices on safe work practices
Qualifications: Current Texas journeyman license; strong commercial/industrial experience; safety-first mindset.
• Assist with rough-in, trim-out, and device installs
• Pull wire, set boxes/panels, and support terminations
• Learn code requirements and jobsite safety
Qualifications: Registered apprentice in Texas (or eligibility to register); reliable, coachable, and team-oriented.
• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to determine accurate material and labor costs
• Prepare detailed and competitive electrical estimates for commercial and industrial projects
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure clarity and scope alignment
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value-engineering alternatives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical codes, construction methods, and market pricing
• Manage bid schedules, proposals, and documentation for upcoming tenders and contracts
Qualifications: Strong background in electrical systems and estimating for commercial/industrial projects; proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office; attention to detail, strong math skills, and ability to work under deadlines; excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
